We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all orders throughout the UK. Your order will be shipped with Royal Mail next day delivery service and is fully insured until signed for. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Occasionally if there is a problem with your order, we may have to e-mail you, but we try to do this as soon as possible.

The parcel will not feature any Bradleys branding, so there’s no need to worry about the delivery spoiling  your big surprise.

Unfortunately we are currently unable to accept international orders.

30 Day Returns Policy

At Bradley Jewellers, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of an order being ready for collection or delivery. While we provide free shipping with a purchase, we kindly ask you to cover the cost of postage on the item you’re returning.

***Please Note that in store purchases are non-refundable***

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please let us know within 30 days of the initial purchase and ensure to send us the item back within the same week of notifying us (the maximum return and exchange window is 37 days).

On return, our team of experts will assess the condition of the item.

 

Please Note

All items must be unworn and in its original condition without any damage or alterations to be accepted for a return or exchange. It’s also essential to include any counterpart documents or accompanying materials.>

In the unlikely event that an incorrect or faulty item is delivered to you, please let us know and we will replace the item without any cost or provide a full refund.

30 Day Returns Policy

Please follow these steps to adhere to our returns policy:

  1. Get in touch with us to initiate the return or exchange. Please speak directly to your consultant or contact us on [insert email address], quoting your order reference number and reason for the return or exchange. When we receive your request, we can provide the appropriate shipping address.

  2. Carefully re-package the item, including all the original packaging and counterpart documents — for example, the diamond certification, as this cannot be replaced. Avoid writing “engagement ring” or “Bradleys  The Jewellers” on the packaging and ensure to buy additional insurance for the return to protect your parcel, as well as request a tracking number and obtain a receipt for reference. 
    1. Upon receival of the returned item in its original condition, our team will carry out a full evaluation of the piece, checking the diamond to see that the weight and condition corresponds to the diamond grading certificate.

    2. Your refund or exchange will be processed in the following 4–5 days, provided that the returned item passes the quality checks. It will be paid directly into the same account that made the original purchase. This could take upto 14 days following the receipt of your item(s), depending on your location and/or payment method.
