To be eligible for a full refund, please make sure any unwanted item(s) are returned in their original box, unused with protective stickers in-tact. Items must be in the same condition as received.
Bradleys does not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.
We aim to get returns solved quickly, but please allow 14 working days from receipt.
How to return your item(s)
We recommend that you send your item fully insured by Royal Mail. Make sure the unworn item has all the original packaging and tags along with a copy of the original invoice receipt. Send to the following address:

Unfortunately we are unable to issue refunds on items that have been made to order, or items which have been customised in any way; this includes re-sizing and engraving. In the interest of hygiene, we are unable to accept returns on earrings. Items that have been specially ordered are also unable to be refunded.
