The Process
Step By Step
Step One - The Assessment
Simply bring in your items to one of our stores. Here one of our skilled & experienced advisors will inspect your precious items under magnification to ascertain exactly what is required. We will give you a receipt that shows proof of us taking your item. Once we do they are fully insured.
Step Two - The Quote
Once we have established exactly the nature of the repair, we will give you a quote along with an estimated completion date. If you’re happy with everything simply sign off on the repair and let our craftsmen get to work.
Step Three - The Work
One of our highly skilled jewellers will meticulously go about restoring your jewellery back to its tip top condition. We use state of the art equipment along with time tested techniques. Every repair goes through rigorous quality control.
Step Four - The Collection
Once the repair work has been carried out and passed our rigorous quality control we will contact you and let you know that your jewellery is ready to be collected. On collection bring in your repair receipt . No repair will be given out without a receipt or suitable photographic I.D.
