Covid Update
In line with the latest government advice we have unfortunately had to close our store until it is safe for both our customers and staff to reopen. We can still take orders on our website, however delivery will be slightly delayed. We will be attempting to reply to all communications via email and social media as quickly as possible.
Our current delivery estimate is 5 days. If any item(s) will take longer we will contact you directly. If you have a special event date please contact us.
Free Delivery
We offer Free UK delivery within 3-5 days. Orders placed before 4pm, Monday to Thursday, will be despatched the following day*. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be despatched on Monday*.
Our customer's needs always come first at Bradleys of York, so if you have a specific date in mind when you need your order by, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Unfortunately at present we do not deliver outside of the UK.
Please note: Except from our ready to wear collections, all the rest our diamond jewellery is made to order and we typically plan for a delivery date of approximately 15 working days from the date when your order is placed.
Securely Packaged
You can be assured that all orders sent are securely packaged and fully insured against loss, damage, or theft during transit.
